By accessing our website and utilizing our services, you confirm your acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. Meditest Healthcare PVT. LTD. reserves the right to modify, update, or change these terms at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the site following any changes signifies your agreement to the updated terms.
Medical Disclaimer
All diagnostic test reports and information provided by Meditest Healthcare PVT. LTD. are strictly for informational and clinical diagnostic purposes. These reports are not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Patients are strictly advised not to engage in self-medication based on the reports. Always consult a registered medical practitioner (MBBS/MD or specialist) for the correct interpretation of your test results and subsequent medical guidance.
Test Booking & Home Collection
Accuracy of Information: When booking a test online, users must provide accurate and complete information, including name, age, gender, contact number, and address.
Home Collection: Our phlebotomists strive to arrive at the scheduled time. However, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as traffic, bad weather, or technical issues.
Patient Preparation: Certain tests require strict fasting or specific preparations. If a patient fails to follow these instructions, the test may be canceled or rescheduled to ensure the accuracy of the report.
Payment Terms
The prices for individual tests and health packages are subject to change without prior notice.
For online bookings, payments are processed through secure third-party payment gateways. Meditest Healthcare PVT. LTD. is not responsible for any technical failures, payment deductions, or network issues occurring on the payment gateway provider’s end.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
Cancellation: If you wish to cancel a booked test or home collection, you must inform us at least 3 to 4 hours prior to the scheduled collection time.
Refunds: For prepaid online bookings, if a test is successfully canceled within the allowed time frame, the refund will be initiated. The credited amount may take 5 to 7 business days to reflect in your original payment method, depending on your bank’s policies.
Report Delivery Time (Turnaround Time)
We are committed to delivering highly accurate diagnostic reports within the promised Turnaround Time (TAT). However, report delivery may be delayed due to unforeseen technical errors, machine calibration issues, or server downtime. Meditest Healthcare PVT. LTD. shall not be held legally liable for any delays caused by circumstances beyond our control. Soft copies of the reports will be made available on our online portal, subject to server availability.
Privacy & Data Protection
We highly respect patient confidentiality. All personal information, medical history, and diagnostic reports collected by Meditest Healthcare PVT. LTD. are kept strictly confidential. We do not sell, rent, or share your data with unauthorized third parties. Your data will only be disclosed if required by law or government regulatory authorities.
Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes or legal claims arising out of the use of this website or the services provided by Meditest Healthcare PVT. LTD. shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts situated in Berhampore, West Bengal.
